According to one on eBay with similar mileage yours is worth £73k.Originally posted by still no worries View PostWhat about 21000 miles and full service history
AP brakes and a super sprint race back box ?
How much ?????
I’m no car salesman or vehicle estimater I’m just a normal bloke and all I’ve done is taken the average price of ones I’ve seen with similar to slightly higher miles and condition based on pictures and gone with that minus a few k to allow for the cat d and lack of history!
It would be nice to know what some of these do actually go for in the end.

Cheers chad,Originally posted by Chad View PostTotally agree with rob regarding service history , but I would as I also do my own :blalalala:,, but I do believe most are very anal regarding service history,, so probably will affect sale at top price ,, way I look at it what I’ve saved on services, I guess I’d would offset some value in asking price to get a sale, I recon 55k is optimistic at the moment for a quick sale,, hope you get it rob  Would be interesting if them that have sold would reveal what they got ,, give us all a realistic value.
Nice to know someone else does their own works and see’s my point of view.
And it would seem the price going by the feedback and shock the price is optimistic. It would be interesting to know what the realistic values are.
I will certainly reconsider the price,
Also returning it to standard aswel looks like it will maybe help.

Nothing wrong with a cat D if its cheap i just dont get how people think its worth the same as a non crash car  or is this just me
also history is a must if i was spending over 10k never mind 50k
Dont get me wrong i owned an e36 M3 on a Q plate way back
but thats was 13k when a non cat car was 28k

There are very few actually selling.Originally posted by Chad View PostAnybody prepared to say what they really got from selling csl recently
There are cars that have really been for sale for years - nice cars, fairly priced but just no takers. Some private, some at reputable dealers, Low mileage garage queens right through to the thrashed unloved dogs and everything in between.
I wouldn't like to be punting a Cat D for that kind of money unless i was prepared for a very long wait
GLWS OP - please keep us posted on how you get on (not being sarcy, would genuinely like to know)

Both cars pre reg to blue bell bmw wilmslow ,, called them manager cars I think was the term ,, 1800 miles and 3500 approx 1800 mile car actually had 1200 miles , but bmw wouldn’t Allow it to be sold until it had clocked another 600 miles , so rep drove it for 600 miles over the weekend :,, just about 200,000 miles between them now most of that covered 5 years ago,, Probably. Only done about 3k a year recently,, I need to get out more ,,Originally posted by still no worries View PostSo you paid £45kin 2004,
