CSL is not that common as a set of initals, so the DVLA still have loads on their database for sale. I just did a quick search on the prefix style and it came back with 395 matches just on "CSL".

M3 CSL is for sale mate - £22,995 on Newreg.
Positive he bought it last year for ~£13k after being for sale forever at £15k.
Personally it does nothing for me, Id rather spend that (or less probably) on my initials and one digit.Comment
