The black E46 (with some after market spoilers and BBS CH's) parked next to the blue Imprezza, is always there!! Parks in exactly the same spot......all day long........never moves......and most annoying of all.....never goes on the track!! No wonder there is such a car park problem.
Rant over - looks like a good weekend. Were there many stoppages due to organ donors, sorry - I meant bikers? The weather certainly looked good.

I'd like to go sometime this year, does anyone know of any dates for closed car only trackdays? I only know of RMA who do them, (but they are pricey), I was just wondering if anyone else knows of another company who might offer closed car only days (like a UK trackday), as it is less risky in terms of insurance / being arrested / being sued etc etc.

Black Falcon (they run 3 CSLs in the VLN race series) are running a private trackday in just over a week's time on 9-10th August. The Ring will be closed off for upto 60 cars only - so certainly no hold ups!

I have the booking form and info sheet as PDFs, so just PM me with your email address and I can send them if anyone is interested. (the attachment sizes exceed the forum limit)

This is what they sent me:

The full package includes Dinner and overnight stay in the Dorint hotel at the Nurburgring , 4 laps warm-up on
Sunday and the trackday on Monday. We will have catering from the Agnesenhof in the VIP-tent during the trackday and our mechanics will be at the track for service and support. The full package also includes
a taxi-lap with one of our race drivers in a Black Falcon racecar.

The trackday on Monday costs 950,00 EUR with coaching and 790,00 EUR without coaching.
For a passenger, we charge 150 EUR. The passenger is allowed to go on the track with your car, too.
