both of these using 9j NOT 9.5j.
9j will be a few mm better both sides

Wow opened up a can of worms!
Ok so we are all in agreement that thorney run TD18x9 et 30 all round with spacers on the rear to compensate.
By my calculations an et 30 on the front will give an extra 20mm extend outwards and extra 8mm space inner clearance?
agree et 15 for the rear is perfect, its just that i don t like spacers and will be running 245 up front and 265 in the rear so wheel swapping won t be possible for me. Which is fine by me.
Those who want to swap wheels front to back then it looks like et 30 all round is the option to go for, with a spacer on the rear say 15mm, however I am still not clear if this will fit the front with a 265 tyre on?
Any way have made my decision TD 18x9j et30 up front and 18x9j et15 in the rear. 245 tyres for the front and 265 for the rear. Any one talk me out of it?
Or John any prices on this setup?

bear in mind youll nearly double the life of the tyres being able to swap them fron to back, pays for my new rims in 2 sets of tyres:thumbs:

I think you have chosen the best set up TBO (if you're not fussed with swopping fronts with rears) and running a 245 is a safe bet.Originally posted by cantfind1 View PostWow opened up a can of worms!

I also still have some doubts of the possibilities of running a 265 up front. But certain it will be fine.
So... I will listen out for the all clear from Shim too, so let us know.
