... ressurecting an old thread but i've been looking into this - if you have adjustable then definitely change to soft.

You need the car leaning in corners so that it loads tyres and gives more traction.

Prob worth it mate !! great weight saving ! what do you peddle around the Bedford GT track mate? just reviewing yesterdays efforts.
Question, does your circuit tools ever hang when you have more than one lap opened for data review?

thats a good time Dunc tbh, i spent a few TD at Bedford trying to get below 2m 47

did you run the VBOx - it would be interesting to see how much extra top speed you were getting on a nice cold day like yesterday even on PS2s

What was you back straight Vmax GPS?

my best was consistently 138-139mph until this year with a bit less weight and it rose to 143mph:thumbs:but whether that is faster acceleration or faster previous corner speed id have to check

If you can carry a little extra speed out of the hairpin at start of the back straight 4mph more would be achievable i reckon ... and a a bit braver on the brakes at the end..maybe at the 100 marker instead of the 150 marker

disconnect the rear roll bar and run the front on either softest or next one along
