I am just about to change my rear pads on standard OE brakes. Can I push the piston back into the caliper like you can on the front brakes or will I need a special tool to screw the piston back in?
Cheers guys

:hahaha: The O.E. BMW wrongness just pushes back, like the fronts. Using the old pads to lever against makes the whole job a doodle

. I always find levering off the old pad quite difficult. I use a G Clamp instead - clamp between the old pad and caliper (using a block of wood against the caliper so not to damage) then gently tighten the clamp driving the piston back in.

:hahaha: and I'll get the bollocking for picture whoring... again :hahaha:
