I have a twin room booked if someone wants it, afraid i'm in the same position as 2bar boost contract got cut short last month, keep hoping things will change so i can still go few things in pieline but time running out. If i cant go i will pay all costs im due Darren.

4 spare beds with Rob / Neils Mate / Spanner & Ducade ??? BUT 6 now after that post ! as thats the first ive heard about that Derek !

Is that right, you guys on your own or taking passengers ??

Darren, are you aware of the cancellation policy Am Tiergarten has?

"Cancellation policy:
Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival (18:00) are free of charge. Later cancellations and NoShows will be charged with 95% of the total amount of your stay."

Should save any lost deposits and yourself a hefty CC statement!

I need 5 beds for at least the saturday night, I would stay Sunday too if at the PK but would need 6 beds for Sunday night!

With people dropping out and spare beds being available, can I get 6 beds for those two nights?????

I don't need / want Friday night accomodation. Am only travelling there on the Saturday.

If you can sort this for me, please let me know.

I have one room named for me, Derek isn't coming now so I would just need some kind gent to sell me a bed for the sat night and 2 kind people to do the same for the Sunday night!

These rooms are for Friday / Sat / Sunday eve with dinner booked in the eve.

So if Derek is deffo out then thats six spare ?

I need to close this off this week, and I will ring hotel and see if I can again change the booking, so we have 7 rooms for all three nights , and spanners other 3 rooms (6 peeps) for Sat / Sun.

Had all different days down cos SMD and Bryce were coming then different days and then not so been up and down light a hoes G !:bigcry:
