Hi guys,
I have sent a couple of pms, no reply or solution. Anyway...
Is it ok if I have company with me a non-CSL car (my brother with 125i and another mate with a 318is) ?
I think we will arrange for our accomodation on our owns, since it's quite hard to sync and book the hotel...
Cheers,
alexk

Hi Alex,Originally posted by alexk View PostDo we need to buy the tickets before going there or we can just buy them there
You just buy them there - buy as many laps as you think you will need. The more you buy, the cheaper it works out per lap.
A realistic figure is around 10-15 laps per day - queues and closures permitting.

I also checked the website and saw the ring card.
I think if I like it I will go more often. It's only 3.5-4 hours from where I live
Another question. I have read that it's generally better to do some laps with another driver (as passenger) in the beginning.
Is this the case ?
I don't know if anyone from here would help us with this (I understand the weight 'issue' with passenger so I understand if no one offers something
).

I have a Ring card. It is certainly worth considering if you think you will go there at least 3 or 4 weekends per year - 66 laps is the break-even point if i recall. I have done 40 so far this year and will be going a further 3 weekends. :whistle:Originally posted by alexk View PostI also checked the website and saw the ring card.

If you are there for the CSL Register weekend then I will happily take you round the track in my CSL. Then you could follow behind me in your CSL to learn the lines and braking points. There will be a few of us in the group that have been to the Ring before so i'm sure we can help!
There is also this guide which i found handy - especially reading after you have done a lap or two as it makes more sense then:
