I could help with some admin stuff on the track days since I doubt I'll be flat out on track.

Another thing I was thinking of looking into is getting rally style stickers for the rear quarters with everyone's Username and country flags to enable easy identification when on the road since there'll be folks from all over with difference reg style plates etc. if there's enough interest I can look I to it when i get home but a quick look on the bay suggests they could be around a fiver for 2 x 200mm long stickers at 30mm tall which might be a bit small but a good start. DuncanR style! ;-)

Just an idea, I can Start another thread if everyone's keen and look into when I get home in 3 weeks.

I was thinking 2-3 options (as we have potentially 60 cars and 70-80 people.)

I'd refer something cheap as I supect most would to keep cost of the trip down, but decent parking a must.

Also I was just gonna worry about Monda night and presume all will drive west after the trAckday at 5pm to get half way home before tea time.

I think MattCSlnut volunteered with the photos a while ago, but happy to have a female version for a different angle.

Ok, this is what I think we need to help.

1. Mechanical support -( Sir Giraffe of Elms)
2. Vehicle trailer - Option for broken down car to be transported locally
3. Official Tour Photographer - taking shots and compiling all photos into record (MattCSLnut + Adem.csl wifey helping)
4. Official Movie Maker - if anybody loves video and wants to make a YT record
5. Track Wheels transport & storage - taking spare sets of wheels
6. Dinner/Hotel hosts - organising dinners/evening venues for 3 nights (roland/Shimmy Munich, Trawler in Salzburg)
7. Twitter tweeter - set up new account and tweet (Billyboym3)
8. TrAckday helpers - might need a few guys not driving on track to do some admin on the day. Sailorbaz
9. Group leaders - making sure that each group gets to the daytime events at Munich (MarkCSL - , alexGTT - Wales, Yanto - Southeast 1, NeilM - North)
