Spa Francorchamps Trackday April 2016

Mega time.

I was into Eau rouge about 110 mph, thru at 100, exit at 90 and finished braked at end of kemmel from about 140 mph. :supz: (estimated).......

Lap time around 2.45 (estimated) :supz:

Steak house and beers both nights and good company. We really need to do a trip like this again with a crowd. Soon.

Despite seeing a few in the pits I didn't meet any on track

The only cars that were being annoyed by me were the radicals.

Just so incredibly fast.

you think you can get to the next apex and then let them pass but they've already overtaken and disappeared up the Kemmel straight.

Most importantly, did anyone upset any Nobles?

I came up to one going into Pouhon, he indicated, I took inside line and got a bit hot into the corner.....off line, out on the Astro but held it, he took the place back but got him again into Fagnes.

Then became a spec in the mirror......:hahaha::hahaha::hahaha:

I think that was my 2:45 lap.....so car still has plenty in it :thumbs:

In that case I'll revise my prediction to a 2.44.998. :hahaha: Shim and Barry must be gutted.

Hay lads how did Saturday go ? We did well at the ring. Had some decent laps and good weather.

Shimmy you weren't the only one with Christmas lights !!! Mine didn't miss a beat until I nailed it of the M6 toll booth last night. Rear wheel speed sensor playing up 😩

good to hear your tourist day went well.

Saturday was good but was billy no mates as Shim was retired and Ian and Baz headed for an early tunnel.

Weather was corkin'.

Nice one Ben. I did 5 laps over the weekend. It was busy but also shut quite a lot.
Bit disappointed with my brakes though. Full AP's and RS29's . After spa they were grinding. The drive to the ring helped but still high speed grinding and vibrations. Low speed not to bad. I need to pull the wheels of and take a look.

Doesn't sound right, they are fantastic normally, I wouldn't use anything else

I need to take a look. They are the original AP discs and I'm wondering if they are warped.
