Coupe window adjustment tips

After changing the regulator arm, my passenger window will have wind noise at highway speeds. From the outside it looks to be aligned correctly but it's obviously not because prior to this, it did not make any wind noise. Any alignment advice?

The Bentley manual (you can find PDFs online) has a whole section that goes step by step of all that needs to be adjusted on it if you change the regulator/door.

You can adjust the level of the window by raising or lowering the horizontal regulator arm.
Otherwise, perhaps the window rubber seal has lost pliability with age and is too hard to seal against the glass.
