An E36 M3 I’m considering purchasing came back from a PPI with the following compressing numbers:
Cylinder 1=190
Cylinder 2=210
Cylinder 3=205
Cylinder 4=215
Cylinder 5=210
Cylinder 6=210
The car has 220k miles. I wouldn’t typically look for cars with this many miles, but since it’s Daytona Violet (a color I’ve been looking for for years) I’m willing to over look miles. Car has three owners and the previous owner (who owned the car from 97’ to 18’ is a master tech at BMW and has maintained the car exceedingly well. From what I’ve researched those numbers indicate a fairly healthy engine?
