1994 E36 318is Motorsport Class II (M42), slight lack of power

Hi All,

I have an E36 318is with m42 engine, it is stock, but has a slight lack of power.

I have scanned the car using DISv44 and ADS interface and it does not have any faults stored.

So far I have been told that it could be one of a few things, Airflow meter could need adjustment/replacing, vacuum leaks, dirty injectors.
Are there any other issues that the old DME wouldn't store as a fault that could cause a lack of power?
