Saw a single owner 117000 1995 black m3 5spd come up in my area. Claims to have all the papers for work done since the start. Asking price is 8k.

Assuming it has no crash history, chassis issues, or rust, that sounds like a pretty great deal.

That said, I wouldn't place any value on the paperwork itself-- just what they indicate was done.
