Heater Control Issue!

Has anyone had the issue with the old style (95 E36 with rotory knobs) heater control. Latley the drivers side air ducts have been spitting out cold air and the passenger side is OK. Im assuming this issue is with the Climate control Mod (please correct me if im wrong).



I also would like to upgrade to the newer style digital type Climate control. Anyone perform this yet? was it a success? I called BMW and there answer was as expected "If it didnt come with it that year, Its not an option"!

From what I understand if you don't have digital climate control to begin with, you can't put it in. Atleast not without it being overly expensive.

Digital climate control looks cooler, but is kind of annoying. I miss good old analog.



It is hard to make the car do exactly what I want in extreme situations like full heat or full cool, but once temp stabilizes I guess digital is better.



I think your money would be better spent elsewhere.
