got into accident, how do i....

pop out the front fender, without taking off the bumper?

i clipped the end of this wrangler, whose metal bracket for a bumper completely cleared my front bumper, but hit the fender area right behind the parking light, denting it in

i wanna pop it back out and apply some touch up paint, however i dont wanna take off the bumper, i need it for reference when popping it out

    any advice? thanks

That's a tough one because of where the damage is. I don't think it'll just pop back into place-- with all the edges/corners/contours around the light area and top of the fender, the metal will be tough to move. It's most likely permanently dented. You're looking at having to pound it back. The only way to do that with removing everything would be to stud gun it and slide hammer it out. But that's all specialty body shop stuff, and would still leave the surface boogered up.

Without seeing it, I'm thinking you really oughtta pay to have it filled and blended professionally . . . especially with the car being black.

    Good luck.

youd need to remove the wheel and fender liner, then the sideskirt before you could start unbolting the fender itself. it may not line up properly with ease once its off though. probably simpler just to have a professional do it
