92 S50 Motor Swap No Start

Ok here is my delema i recently swap a 7/95 s50 engine in my 92 325is. The install goes great had the new engine in in about one day. Then the second day just mounting up all the connections driveshaft, sensors ect.Well when i go to start the engine it cranks but no start. So i did some basic tests and found there was no spark and the car had a check engine light on. So i did the flash diag and the code i get is code 1281 DME controle module memory supply (dme3.3.1 only). And the corrective action is check valtage supply from battery to Dme controle module. Ok so i start to probe the dme connector at all the voltage inputs and the only pin that doesnt have power is pin 54 (battery voltage from main relay) (terminal 87a) so I go to the relay box and the relay is not clicking my relay has no pwer at 30 but has power at 86 there should be power at both and the flow chart tells me the corrective action is. Check large red wire in relay socket. Well this large red wire is powered up. My entire front clip is still remove so i can get to components easier will this cause a innerupt in in the electrical sig to the dme can that have any thing to do with it? I have allso reprogramed my turnner chip with ews 2 deleted used a 413 ecu not from doner car. Please if there is any hardcore bmw wizards out there that can maybe shed some light on this subject please help me. My car has been down for 2 weeks now. And im at the end of my rope.

I tryed clipping the green wire At pin 66 and all 3 relays are there 2 green and one white the main dme replay powers up energizes. All fuses are goood. When i probe the dme connector with it unpluged pin # 26, 56 have power but when i probe 54 battery voltage from main relay there is no power signal but when i plug it into the dme there is a power signal on pin 54?????? The relay positions should be starting from right to left 1. cyl. 1-6 fuel pump relay (green) 2. engine controle module relay (white) 3. fuel pump/start identifacation relay m3 wiper motor(green) and they energize correctly (and as for my first statement that the main relay had no power i was wrong I was testing the wrong relay thanks to bently the were calling the hazard relay the main relay I had to get the correct info from my electrical troubble shooter bmw disc.) but please can some one help im a mechanic and with all my knowlage i cant seem to figure this out Im so ****in pissed off

    Were you on DTM?

    Perhaps a relay has died?

Yes i was on dtm, but my relays are clicking and supplying power and when back probed show correct voltage.

iS A 95 413 ECU EWS 1 OR EWS 2? MY CHIP I GOT FROM TURNER THAT HAD EWS 2 DELETED BUT WHEN I PLUG MY ECU IN WITH THE TURNNER CHIP(WITH EWS 2 DELETED). I HAVE A ERROR CODE 1281 NO POWER TO DME. BUT WHEN I PLUG MY FRIENDS 95 413 ECU IN I GET A 1000 ERROR BUT THE CAR WILL NOT START BECAUSE OF EWS. BUT WHEN I PUT MY CHIP(WITH EWS 2 DELETED) IN HIS ECU I GET THE SAME ERROR CODE IN MY CAR CAR 1281. AND WHEN I PUT HIS ECU BACK IN HIS CAR WITH MY TURNER CHIP (WITH EWS 2 DELETED) IT HAS THE SAME ERROR CODE 1281. COULD I HAVE A BAD CHIP OR THE INCORRECT CHIP I THOUGHT ONLY OBD 2 CARS HAD EWS 2?
