Will disk brake pad replacement turn dash light off?

The dash light indicating disk pads need replacement is lit. Will replacing the disk pads alone turn this light off, or are there sensors that need to be replaced too?



I've replaced disk brake pads in Hondas before - anything bizarre about an M3 disk pad replacement I should know?

Replace the sensors with new pads. Once you get new pads the light will go away. Check your rotors also to make sure they are in spec still.



Pad replacement is pretty straight foward, few bolts to undo. If you have done brakes before, this should be no problem.
