Fluid Recomendations?

I'm planning on doing an oil/tranny/diff fluid change before the winter and this will be my first set of fluid changes with the car. I know that Mobil 1 seems to be the oil of choice, what about for the rear diff?? and the 5speed tranny?? (Redline??).. Thanks.

Redline Atf for the transmission and redline for the diff., I have had good luck with it in the past because in the winter it tends to warm up quicker in the gear box and shift easier. More importantly just do it every 30,000 miles , rather than worry about what oil
