Ok, did a search, found nothing. I have taken out the entire vent/switch assembly but cannot find a bulb. is it supposed to be easy to find. it seems like once the assembly is unplugged from the console the bulb seems to be inside another housing but I cant get in it. whats the deal?

After you take the plug off you will have the whole assembly in your hand. Remove the top of the assembly by pulling the switch and there will be a 22mm nut remove that and it will be connected to the bottom piece. -
ok. I know what nut your talking about. but actually it wasnt even necessary to take that off. although I would have if I had the tools to take it off with. anyway, the back of the assembly where the plug attaches is round (obviously) but there is a smaller long round peice attached to the side of it as well. if you look at it closely you can see that it can be detached from the top (being the end of the assembly near where the plug goes in, in the smaller diameter round peice) so I just took a very small flat head screw driver and it popped right out. now just gotta get some new bulbs from the stealership tomorrow. just wanted to clear all this up for anyone else who may have trouble finding this bulb. its been asked a few times, but everyone has found it before someone else posted how to!Comment
