    A good deal?

Hi everyone, I'm looking to pick up a newer M3 - I'm looking at a 1998 black coupe, 5-speed, the white/gray 2-tone interior with vaders, 46,000 miles on the odometer, 75,000 mile dealer warranty transferrable from the private party seller.

Stock setup all around, asking $18,000.

Sounds pretty good to me, but what do I know? I'm told it hasn't been in any accidents but of course I'd have a pre-purchase inspection done before I paid for this puppy. Assuming the car is in perfect or near-perfect condition, think that's a good deal?

    Thanks!

i don't think it sounds too bad.. check up on any replaced parts and check the FAQ section for things like rsm's and things like that.. that should help ya get some knowledge on what to look for on the car.. but overall i don't think thats bad at all.. how is the interior.. give us more info on the condition.. more specifics i mean

From your description it sounds pretty fair to me, but I haven't really looked at the market lately. Which state is this in(M3's go for more/less in certain parts of the country)?

sounds like a pretty decent deal barring an inspection of course.
