Anyone near MA good at troubleshooting M's?

Pretty much looking to see if anyone knowledgable would be willing to help me try to get my car running. I'm in Western MA right next to Springfield.

No I'm not. This is the one of the only sites I get at work, (the only free time I get to go on a computer ) Everything gets blocked here.
