    starter problems, removing intake manifold

so i noticed a huge amount of corrosion on my starter, i decided that i wanted to remove & clean it. In order to do that i need to remove the intake manifold.

my concern is.... if removing the manifold, do i need to replace the 6 gaskets or can i reuse them? i am back home for the holidays and i am 1 hour away from the nearest dealership to get new gaskets. oh yeah do the gaskets have metal inside or is it completely rubber material?

thanks to anyone who knows the answer

yea it would be best to change the gaskets since your taking it off, if you dont you could run into air leaks in the future. and their rubber gaskets. but if you really wanted to you could change it w/o taking the manifold out. ive done it before but you need lots of patience its a pain in the ass.
