Alright, so I figured I'd make a separate thread without any post whoring in it with updated information for everyone to see. This is for Saturday's meet at my house, and then Sunday we'll head up together and caravan to CMT's for those who are staying at my place or locally.
Here's the updated list that we have so far for my place on Saturday. If you're not on the list but are coming, please post and let me know how many people you're bringing.
As far as the itinerary, people will be showing up at my house between 11-12 pm. We'll hang out for a while and then go for a ride for some photos. Ant, Calvin and I have been scoping out the area for some good photo places, and haven't found too many great places nearby that would fit 20+ cars. There's another BMW meet up at Bear Mountain that day, so we have been considering the idea of just driving up there, combining meets, and being able to take many pictures in a nice scenic area. It's only about 30 minutes away so it shouldn't be that bad, but if anyone has any objections let me know.
After the drive, we'll be heading back to my place for a BBQ open to any of you to join. I was considering having everyone bring one item, however from past meet's I've attended some people don't show or some people forget things, and then you're forced to drive around the day of the meet and scramble to get the rest of the things needed. Due to this, I'm just going to buy everything myself and have it all ready for everyone once we get back to my place. If you guys would like, an optional tip of $4-5 to cover these expenses would be greatly appreciated, but it's not a huge deal either way.

I know that some people plan on getting hotel rooms in the area, but if you need to crash somewhere I've got plenty of beds/couches in the house.
