just got finished with the install...short and sweet impression: solid idea, solid piece...the hardware, as has been previously mentioned, could use some finessing--specifically the "stud" assembly (carriage bolt + "toothed sinker") that fastens the underpanel to the bumper. word to the wise--do not over-torque the nuts when setting the studs or you will either f yourself during the installation or down the road, after repeated ons and offs of the underpanel.

I agree. I like the MM splitter but I would prefer the LTW one. I may just get theirs though since I already have their underpanel.
