    diff bolt problems

okay, about 3 months ago i snapped the front diff bolt driving a bit too hard, relized the bushing was bad, pressed a new one in got a new bolt and fixed the problem. . . or so i thought. last night it snapped again, had to walk 7 miles back home=no bueno. has any one had this problem? i think the problem is the design being there is only one diff mount in the front that takes all the load. so im hoping someone here knows of a kit or something that could help reinforce it. thanks

AA sells a bolt on kit for about $265 and Maximum Psi sells a weld-on kit for about $35 (the welding can be done on the car and might take 30 minutes). I think a set of three heavier duty bushings alone might be sufficient, like those from AKG. There is a thread on this subject that was active within the last 30 days.

So you went to the effort to swap the front bushing, and didn't do the rear "ear" bushings while you were there? Hummm..

I've got the AA brace, and I know Mike's brace kit works as well. (I got the AA brace used, for a lot less than they want ...lol)
