The lack of a VIN tag on the trunk and the misaligned M3 emblem suggest it's been hit in the rear. The color of the trunk and spoiler look a bit off too.

Those stripes on the door are atrocious.

What's up with all the roundels being peeled apart?

It's a shame. Low mileage sedans are very rare.

Very valid point here... That car is worth MUCH less than even 10k IMO.

I would never want a BMW with an automatic tranny, especially an M3, so that's a big strike. I actually LIKE the lux package. The wood sure looks better than the crappy plastic in the standard interior.

As for price, $12k is a lot unless the car has all service records and expensive things like the cooling system and suspension have been refreshed recently. You should be able to find a decent M3/4/5 for under $10k, or at least that's what they go for around here.

You guys are forgetting it only has 46k miles. I'd offer around 11k and put 2k into it and have a low mileage sedan for 13k. Although the auto tranny is what kills it.

to me, mileage doesn t mean nearly as much as the condition and upkeep of the car

                            I can show u a local's 225k mile 328is that s most likely cleaner than your car

Your right to a certain extent. I would take a clean 125k mile m3 over a beat up 60k mile m3. But 46k is really low for these cars and if it takes a couple thousand dollars to bring it back to life, it's worth it imo.

                              Btw, I don't have a e36 M3 anymore..and it was really clean. I bet that 225k 328is isin't as clean as my 2005 M3 though
