Well, I can honestly say these coils (Megan) look like twice the coilovers my Bilsteins were. Really awesome looking product and really well built. For "cheap" coilovers, they're not very cheap at all."

Still sifting through reviews on different makes and models though...

Edit: found some interesting reading here on the M3 forums for the MR coilovers with a review from another member. Sorry I may have jumped the gun and posted before doing a full search, though if anyone else has used them and wants to put in their $0.02 worth on how they have held up that would be cool.

Of course Billies cost twice as much, because you are getting true german quality for a quality german car. PSS9 is probably the cheapest thing I would (and do) ruun on my car. What is this..."look like twice the coilover my Bilsteins were?" What the hell does it matter what they look like are you buying the part for what it looks like or for how it will improve your car? The review you posted keeps mentioning how they look. The Lame Police are here and they want their coilover back.

I have had the PSS-9's for 3 yrs, simply because I was not ready to part with 2 g's on Motons or ASTs. They have been on the track several times and have not only been worth the $, but they ARE a direct bolt in part for an E36 M3. If it were me, I would stick with parts that are made from a reputable company. If you do not have coilover $ consider stock replacements or lowering springs if the lowered look is what you are after.

PSS9s are what I would consider to be a base line coilover kit that is a good kit (basically what I'd put on my car if I wanted good C/Os for the least amount of money).

Below that, I'd stick with good shocks (probably konis) and aftermarket springs if you want something other than stock.

      Just my $0.02

Basically what you had just said. I just thought I'd chime in for support of the PSS9s. They are a good kit and can be tracked as well without a problem or just used for DD.

Lol so the person on the other forum reviewed suspension based on how it looks. Nice!
