Angle eyes for my instrument cluster?

Don't even think about angel eyes for the cluster until you've done the taillights. Obviously, the only way for oncoming traffic to know they're about to pass THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE is by seeing the angel eyes, but what about cars in back of you? Shouldn't they get the same treatment? Its only fair, Mr. Rustles.

The reason for this is because i was driving home in the dark one night and some guy was following me. I was trying to hypermile but he was obsiously trying to draft my hypermiling to get btter MPG's but i couldnt see the mpg gauge because no angle eyes. That is why.
