Moving from window shopper to buyer

Alright, i have been looking forever but am finally ready to purchase. Trouble is, pickings here in the dallas/ft worth TX area are becoming scarce. I had one about six weeks ago but havnt seen a post since and one now that is a sedan with 196,XXX miles that appears to be taken care of, but thats what was written. Im hoping to acuire one within the next 3-4 weeks. Must be manual, must have clean title, cosmetic damage is tolerated. Any help searching would be greatly appreciated. Also id be willing to travel a few hours if the sale feels right. Thanks guys.

I thought you said minor cosmetic damage was OK?

looks reasonably clean. That mileage you'll be looking at another complete cooling system overhaul if he hasn't done it recently.

It really depends on extent of the hail as it would need either paintless dent removal or paint work. I'd like to stay under 10. With the mileage, I'm pretty good on mechanics, which is one of the reasons I am pursuing this car, I like to get my hands dirty and mix blood an oil

alright, so i am moving forward on the above mentioned car. I am currently compiling a list of questions to ask such as certain maintainences and the reason for the sale. I feel the price is fair assuming the PPI goes well. If you guys have any input, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Be sure to read threads already posted. Nick just gave this same advice.

I know this is a guy that just bought a car, but the same attributes still exist. Were these things addressed?

that list is exactly the one i was going to look for. Thank you. The mileage is kind of freaking me out but from the research that i have done, as long as it has been maintained properly, it is not as pressing of an issue.
