    Hey Karl,

You signed up here to ask this?

Dension has many solutions from relatively cheap to expensive.

If you just need ipod interface get a Dension light. I've been using a GW300 for 9 years. You can even hook it up to an E92 usb port that fits exactly in the E36 switch spaces in front of the gearstick.

The Yatour should work just as fine. It's all the same stuff. Have you tried it on the stock radio?

Yes, easy peasy. With an interface in between of course. Doesn't matter if you use a usb cable or attach the E9x to its end.
