    Overfenders?

Well I had a great Idea to cut up my car and put on overfenders.

    Screwed on the overs.

Then had a great idea to cut them so they don't look so goofy.

Next is paint. Anyone else running over fenders or flares?

You have seriously big cojones to cut up that body!

Don't even think they look half bad and could be how an E36 M3 would've (should've?) looked like if BMW went E30 on it.

Yeah definitely big balls on cutting into the body. But honestly, what a great idea to cute the over fenders! I think with them blended correctly into the original panels, they could potentially look factory. Really excited to see the progress on this. Keep the updates coming. I would love to finally see wider fenders on an e36 that look factory.

It does suck that the e36 is the only platform that didnt get a wider stance from the other models.

It was defiantly nerve wracking. Took a grinder to the quarter then notched the inner fender and folded the opening closed. Should work.

Definitely could look good. Would be nice if it were to run non rubber bands at a semi reasonable height.

You know my height is always adjustable. i can make it any height you want haha.

As far as tires. Im running 18x10 & 11.5. I tested a 40 profile and it was to much so I stuck with 35's

Good point haha. Still though, with bagged cars I find the wheels and tires really only "fit" at a specific height. If they look perfect when the car is slammed, they look ****ed up when the car is at drive height. If they look good at drive height, the car would probably end up just sitting on sidewall or tread when its aired out.

I really liked your car before with the Carlines and stock body. Not a fan of those over fenders or double stepped rs's. I will reserve Judgement until you have it finished.
