I am looking at picking up a 99 with modena seats that have seen better days, curious what the consensus is these days on making the seats look somewhat oem after repair as I know this is a pain to color match.

That's what I was afraid of. Plus my rear seats are mint, so they don't need to be screwed with.Originally posted by westopherThe problem with the autoberry covers is, although they look good, they sure as shit won't match your rear seats. The variance is massive in other cars I've seen go this route.

Unless your fronts are basically trashed, your best bet is to patiently wait for someone with a clean interior to part out their car or swap it out for racing seats.Originally posted by 2manym3sI am looking at picking up a 99 with modena seats that have seen better days, curious what the consensus is these days on making the seats look somewhat oem after repair as I know this is a pain to color match.

I wouldn't count on finding a clean Modena interior being for sale. That wasn't a common color.
If you replace the front covers with new material, such as from Autoberry, you absolutely will have to replace the rear seat covers too. Modena is impossible to get a good color match.
That's what I'm doing for my Modena swap, replacing both front and rear material. Modena on Imolarot will look much better than Dove grey.
