Headlights Question - Braymond get in here

I found a couple Hella unit pics, with labels showing a production date after E36 production ended.

But there should be more pics.

... I'd have to see a Compact to confirm they used Hella.

They do. But what I found funny is that the headlights I looked at also had DOT/SAE approvals, yet E36 318ti's bound for the U.S. had different headlights!
