I've heard from many people the e39 oem cover is a great fit as the added length offsets the wing height.

This. I have been using an E39 car cover for years and it works great with the high LTW wing. I also have the motion motorsports front splitter and it covers that too.

Depending on how tight of a fit you need I'm sure any sort of touring/wagon cover would do a good job
