It will fail again when it's most inconvenient and you'll have to limp it home again or pay for a tow truck. I know what I would do and did (because it happened to me) and that's order the parts and let the car sit there until it's fixed.

I haven't driven it besides the day I washed it. I've been waiting to buy a new slave and master, but haven't went through on the purchase for a few minor reasons that I don't care to talk about here.

Auto swap would b gr8 though as I'm only an ignorant 19 year old who can't afford to buy a slave and master the first week the car isn't drivable.

Hopefully will have this done before I get back to school as I don't really feel like showing up in mommy's or daddy's car.

I'll be back here once I finish replacing them OR run into another problem/do something wrong I'm guessing.

Easy there Sparky. Not ignorant, but just consider this a teachable moment. You bought a car older than you are and you should be prepared to either a) fix everything yourself or b) hire someone or c) have a second car (mom and dad. Last resort I know). Owning this car you should also be prepared to maintain it properly and that ain't cheap. Two people diagnosed your car quickly and specifically. Follow their advice and quit looking for shortcuts.

Welcome to owning a 20-year-old German sports car. It only gets worse.

All fair. As I've said before, SOOOO many lessons from this darn thing.

Young dumb & broke is the motto and this car doesn't seem to help, but meh. Maybe I'll learn something in the end, just maybe.

Actually do want to look into a second car, with possibly a small loan so I can get some credit in the future; as I know the M3 won't be as suitable for daily driving in the direction it's going. Preferably looking for an old, but manual, Civic or NA/NB Miata haha. Wish me luck on convincing daddy/mommy to let me get another pos.
