Wheel Refinishing in LA for LTW wheels?

Have some stamped LTWs I want to refinish. Have had wheels refinished at a couple places in the valley with generally poor results in the past. Looking for someone who can do these some justice and not fill in the stamped parts with loads of paint. And someone who can use the right paint (shadow silver? anyone have a paint code?)

There's a place called Jason's Wheel Repair in Chino. I've used their service in the past and was pretty happy with the results.
