How long is the stock e36 M3 Exhaust?

My exhaust is in the garage of my old apartment and I need to move it.



Anyone have one handy they can measure, and also let me know if it breaks down into pieces without cutting?



Storage place needs to know to determine if it will fit onto a shelf

from the headers back. I think its around 6 feet long? maybe a little more? But i need an actual measurement

I can measure the catalytic converter section (~5’ 6”?) and the muffler section (~4’ 6”?) later.

If all you're after is a length, it'll be within a few inches of the length from the front wheels to the rear bumper, given where the front exhaust manifold flange is.
