Wiring Question

Can someone tell me how I can wire my angel eyes so that they are on everytime the engine is running (kinda like daytime running lights except I want them to stay on even when the headlights are turned on) Right now it's tapped on to the corner lights which means park lights have to be on if I want the halos on. I want them to be on all the time. Is there a way of doing this? TIA

I think you can splice it to the washer fluid pump wiring - maybe use a relay.
