    I'm a 1st time m3 buyer, look what I found!

Ok, well later this week I am picking up my new ride. It's a 1995 m3 - black outside, light grey inside, and flawless. A woman has been driving it to and from work since it was new (1 owner). We checked the VIN and it was perfect. 24,000 miles, and I'm getting it for $15,500. Damn it's nice.

    Sound like a good find?

I'll post some pics after I get her home later this week.

Damn, 24,000 miles on a '95 that was used a work commute car since new! Did she work right down the street from her house or what? First thing you need to do is get that thing on the highway and open her up, since it probably hasn't seen too much sustained running during it's lifetime.

I would recommend that you also change the oil upon purchasing it if it hasn't been done already. That car probably didn't get up to operating temperatures for a significant amount of time which would result in contaminated oil, since the engine wasn't able to burn off the byproducts of combustion, such as fuel and moisture.

Congratulations on your find and happy modding!
