I bought my set through Turner Motorsport (http://www.turnermotorsport.com) out of Mass... partially to support their showing in the Speed WC race series (Plus Will Turner is a pretty nice guy). But it's the standard $750.00 for the set. They had some free shipping deal going, but I think it expired at Christmas.

        Good luck...

Yes, tunermotorsport in Amesbury MA has everything you need. Most of my upgrades have come from there.

            Here's there website:

Whats the HP and TQ gain by switching to both? I heard around 15 hp each but that usually changes with combo's. Hows the change in MPG? I still cant believe I get 25 mpg (stock) and have so much fun along the way.

it all depends.. obviously.. at 55mph i was getting between 33 and 35mpg... at 65.. around 30mpg.. and then at 75+ around 27mpg.. thats what the computer tells me..

PS - the first two were done with cruise control do to a "ride away" from the cops.. had alot of country driving to do between dayton and c-bus.. good thing he was coming from the other side.. didn't get the plates!

my 99 is suppose to run a 14.0-14.1.. with the intake and chip, and some MASSIVE wheel hop off the line.. i was able to pull it under the 14's... when i say massive i mean massive.. this is how i busted the bolt that connects the diff to the unibody.. i don't even know how to explain the wheeel hop i was getting.... it was pretty much like going over speed bumps in a neighborhood.. it was that bad.. and i did it all the way until the beginning of second... shitty track from what im told.. im looking for a lower time next time.. that was without the spare in the trunk also... any idea how to get rid of the hop.. are my shocks going out.. cause ive tried everything and off the line in dry weather i just keep getting that damn hop.. i can't get then to grip spin... any ideas??? is it time for new suspension already.. the car only has 53K... are there any adjustments on the dampening for the rear???

our cars have the same mileage on them, thats cool. i went out on sat. night and raced a little, i tried launching at 2500 rpm and it barely spun...if at all. it took off pretty good. i also tried 3k launch and it spun a little more but not enough to start wheel hop. i felt that anywhere between there would be good. i havent tried 3500 but as soon as it stops raining, ill try again.

i have 245/40 on the rear and 225/45 on the front...michilin(sp?) pilots' i plan on going to 255 or even 265 for the rear, not sure though.

i have same tires.. but for some reason i just can't get rid of the wheel hop.. i launch anywhere from 2500 - 3500 and at anywhere in between its all wheelhop.. my car is really torquey.. but i just can't get them to spin solidly..they just wanna hop.. i just don't get it.. im thinkin my shocks are goin.. thatas the only thing i can think of..

well so far we are doing the same thing but the only difference is the wheel hop issue, i dont get wheel hop...yet. maybe its suspension related...im just hoping to show that i can get my car to run a low 14 sec 1/4 mile to shut these guys up.

well if ur a pretty good shifter and have dragged before, then you should definitly pull a low 14.. that 13.98 was my first time ever dragging.. not bad for a first timer if i do say so myself ..

ive raced my 95 vr6 gti and my 2001 gti at the track b4, also streetrace alot so im well schooled on shifting and lauch...etc.

i must admit your time is really good for a first timer, i wish you luck on future runs.
