UUC Product or Not??

Take a look for your self.. i found this at the ebay web site and it seems that all the numbers are the same.. even the dyno sheet and the pic of the product are on target.. let me know what you think.. for those not familiar with UUC.. they make the system U exhaust.. take a look for yourself...

check it out guys and let me know what ya think.. it says its from TeamReady... now whether its made by them or not.. thats the question.. because $250+ cheaper..i would rather go this way.. let me know what ya think.. there are two up for sale right now.. both are DTM..

I'd be a little skeptical....are they claiming that they make this exhaust, or is it just a system U for sale??? the dyno obviously says system U, and they even say the identical things that UUC says about their exhaust...i'd bet they are selling some system that they haven't dynoed off with system U numbers....seems a little odd to me....but the saved $$ could be worth it

that should be illegal if they are using the numbers from the system U and claiming that those are the numbers of their system.. although it would be a great price for the system U.. we are talking GREAT.. thats why i was curious..

most everything on ebay seems illegal :roll: anyway im not positive but i didn't think that uuc sold the system u with dtm tips??

oh yeah.. they sell them DTM style, straight staggered and angle cut.. ill probably just end up getting it directly from UUC to be safe..

Interesting... yet another e-bay ad that uses UUC copyrighted images and text taken from our web site without permission.



At this point, I can say that "Team Ready" is not an authorized UUC reseller and I do not believe they are selling a UUC product.



We did see one company that was advertising some "brand X" exhaust and advertising it as a UUC product. Some quick legal action stopped that right away.



I have written to the seller asking for proof that they are selling a legitimate UUC product... they might be an independent dealer, sourcing it from a legitimate UUC distributor.



Whatever results I find out, I will post here.



As always, beware of what you buy on ebay.

Hold on you guys, I know Team Ready, I was going to join them but I dont' have time. This guy only makes his own intake, but these exhausts ARE from UUC; he has a hook up right now from UUC, and that is probably where it is coming from, but at wholesale price....let me ask my friend from Team Ready. Cause for advertisements like these, you can get arrested.

I wrote to the ebay seller, and have not gotten a response. Tell your friend if he contacts me, we can clear this up right away and I can change what appears in the auction.

Np, I have many other reasons why I didn't join Team Ready....and this is one reason why. This guy seems to be rip offs and full of "hook ups" that just make him look bad, not good. If you're going to have a nice BMW, why jam weird home made parts into it. But the UUC thing is probably from UUC. He does produce his own intakes though.
