    M3 stock height?

Hello eveyone, I need your help. If anyone out there own a 3.2L M3 coupe and still have stock spring can you do me a big favor? I need to know the stock height from the bottom of the fender to the ground, front & rear. I recently lower my car with H&R sport spring and it don't seen to lower it like it specify. And I forgot to measure it before I install it. thank for any help!:help:

I just measured my M3 .... from the bottom edge of each fender to the ground. Keep in mind I have 225/45/17 tires all around .....

7.5 inches - front spoiler lip to ground

26 inches - front fender to ground

24.5 inches - rear fender to ground

How do these measurements compare to yours?

I used the h&r springs..sport type...lower 1.5 in front and 1.0 in back...its not too noticeable, but try driving it around the twisties....major difference!! id say wait a night or so for it to completely set itself at the correct height. Its not the lowest around, but the others will scrape and ****...the h&r are the best 4 me now.

              i measure about

6" from the front spolier to the ground

24 3/4 in the front fender to gnd

              24" in the rear.

It very strange, maybe someone can help me on this.

last week i hit a curb (icy road) and bent the rear 18"ssr gt3 when i had the rim replace i got an alignment and they show me that my rear control arm is bent also. after getting it replace and realign I remeasure the rear and it not the same. The side with the new control arm is about half an inch lower than the other side. 23.5" on the replace control side and 24" as usual on the right side. this is on the rear by the way. I take it back to the dealer to recheck the alignment and it was at factory setting.

I don't know if this is true or not, but they said I need to replace the other side too. I don't know if they trying to make money off of me or what. thank for any help guy!:help:
