i have a 94 m3 as standard and im looking to hit the 300bhp mark

what do i need to do the get to the big 300

is chipping the best and olny way????

I assume since you say a 1994, you have a European M3. They we're introduced in the US as 1995 model years. I don't have experience with the euro engine, but on the US 3.2 engine a cold air intake and computer upgrade translates to approximately 25 hp increase. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get some comprable increases on a euro engine, but I don't know for sure. Hope this helps...
