    99 M3 prices

Looking at a 99 M3 from a consignment dealer. The car is a Michigan lease return that was purchased at auction by a local shop owner so it has no records. Other than typical wear and tear for 65K miles it looks and runs good. It's going in for a PPI today. The owner wants $25k. I'm thinking of offering $24k. What do high mileage 99 M3s go for in California (Bay Area)?

Here is a link to a classifieds search for M3's in CA on Yahoo. There are quite a few on there from NorCal and it may give you a good reference.
