I don't see why it wouldn't fit, however the guy selling it ( [email protected] ) needs to swap parts because Dinan bored out the throttle body (I believe) and the stock airbox will no longer fix, so the throttle body is part of the system he is selling as a result he's looking for whoever buys it to swap throttle bodies, and I don't know if there is a difference between the 328 and the M3... Not sure.... Drop John an e-mail and see what he has to say.
