    Rattle In Driver Rear Side

why is it everytime i turn, right or left, i hear this knocking noise, at first i thot i left something in the trunk, so i removed everything, and i still here it, but only from a turn, i still have stock rims and tires, so rubbing couldnt be a issue, any thoughts?

make sure the suspension is still strapped down.. i had a friend that his cars suspension over time unscrewed itself from the towers and it started moving when turning creating this knocking sound.. i thought it was in the trunk and couldn't find it.. then i said take it to the shop and have them check the shocks.. they found 1 missing bolt and 2 others on their way out.. just a though.. hope that helps..

damn i better check it out soon then, sounds life-threatening! so im assuming i have to jack the car up and pull the rim out, correct?

ive never really looked at the towers in the rear.. if you can go in through the trunk that would be best.. but i do'nt have my car so i can't test it.. if not.. jack her up.. take of the rim.. and start lookin.. theres gotta be something loose back there.. its just a matter of finding it

sounds like the rear shock mounts are going bad.

do you have a convertible or coupe? if it's the cab it's a factory defect

take the rear wheel off after jacking up than see if you feel or hear anything looseness. replacing the rsm is a pain. you have to take ur rear speakers out and the trunk liner(which includes the rear light cover and cargo trey)..... real pain in ass. but it might not be the problem. good luck.
