Hey u guys another q/. Ive been thinking about color coding my trim since the day i got my 99 m, i think it looks sooo cool and more up to date. Im a bit scared because i have heard tons of sob stories about the black plastic trim being hard to match with the rest of the car, although i have seen several trims that were color coded that look great on the pages of PBMW mag. does anyone have any insight? Ive noticed that in some cases the trim does not seem to shine, or it seems dull. Does anyone have the trim color coded to match there paint. If so any pointers?

i dont think it would be that hard as ive seen lots of people with it done over on dtmpower.net i would imagine there would be a different prepping technique tho for the plastic trim as opposed to the rest of the car
off subject , i have a 99 m3 too do u ever have any problems with your door handles (the ones inside) when its cold? mine have been feeling kinda wierd like harder to pull

www.dtmpower.net is a very helpful site , even tho its not free for all the great information anymore , the general forum is free still and i can think of a bunch of people over there that have had it done , just go over there and search for it and if the search function requires a dontation then just post in the general section im sure you will get alot of answers
