ZKW Ellipsod v. DEPO Ellipsod

Question for all you headlight guru's out there. I am looking to upgrade my headlight system and came across two different options. I am looking at the ZKW Euro Ellipsod Headlights with DDE Lightning Enhanced and the DEPO Euro Headlights with DDE Lightning Enhanced. Is there a benefit to either brand other than the price difference between the two and that the ZKW's are Euro Spec. OEM parts? Please advise.

ZKW is a OEM replacement.

DEPO is a taiwanese copy of the ZKW.



There are definitive differences, but 90% of the peopel won't notice them.

I have had 4 sets of headlights in my own E36 M3.



all of them, except the originals, have been ZKWs.



I could have put either one on my car

I ordered the ZWK's from Matt...waiting for them to arrive from Germany. I will let you know how the install goes and I'll post picks too.



Not that it matters, but I'm a girlie, and I'm installing them myself. I told the hubby I "have to do this".

hey, factory informed me that they are likely to only ship on the 11th. But they are doing whatever they can to get them to ship on the 9th, that way they will still get to the port on the 11th, and I'll get them on Monday/Tuesday at the latest.

I'm sooo excited. My husband asked why I didn't overnight them. Well, it'll be the middle of the week when I might get them (too dark too early) and it's too freakin cold here to be in any rush!
