Anybody know the procedure for stereo code restart?

My friend heard all this crap about waiting an hour, and 15 minutes. what's the EXACT procedure A thru Z?

turn key to the first position where the radio is on.



enter code using memory preset buttons



radio should turn on.



if not, it gives you three chances to enter the code. after the third failed attempt, the radio goes into lock down mode, and you have to leave it on for an hour before trying again.

remeber that hour is with the car on though ok.. ask me how I know...

yeah I turned the key on the on position.. punch in the code and it outta work. I had to let it sit for like 1.5 hours for it to take the code..



what a pain in the ass.. if someone steals my stereo, FINE.. FINE fscking take it.. I dont want to have to put in a code cuz i disconnected my battery.. such a pain in the ass.



I bet BANGLE had something to do with it.
